Project Deposits

To begin a project, a deposit or advance payment may be required. This payment covers project planning, research, design, and development work already performed and is generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Website Design & Development Services

Due to the custom nature of website design and development services, refunds cannot be provided for work that has already been completed, approved, or delivered.

If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, any payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

Logo Design & Content Writing Services

Payments for logo design, branding, content writing, and other creative services are non-refundable once concepts, drafts, or final deliverables have been provided.

Web Hosting & Domain Services

Domain registration, renewals, transfers, web hosting fees, SSL certificates, and other third-party services are non-refundable once purchased, as these services are provided by external vendors.

Project Cancellation

Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. If the project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Ayesha Design.

If work has already commenced, refunds will be calculated based on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred.

Revisions

Client satisfaction is important. Reasonable revisions included within the project scope will be completed according to the agreed project terms. Refunds will not be issued due to a change of preference after project approval.

Service Delays

Ayesha Design is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, lack of communication, third-party service providers, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
